Registration Fee and Financial Conditions

Registration fee is US $300 for each participant. Registration fee for accompanying person is $100 each. The registration fee will offer participants:

Admission to all sessions and exhibitions.
One conference banquet and conference day lunches.
Tea breaks during conference.
An excursion to the Great Wall and Ming Tombs.
Internet access at conference venue.
A CD-ROM of the conference proceedings.

Credit Card or Bank Card transfer and Cash of US dollars are all acceptable on the registration day on the spot.

Please note the conference or the organizing committee has no such fund to support any financial assistance for participants. The international travel costs, the accommodation and food, the expenses of medical care, the insurance and/or any other such expenditure are expected to be borne by the participants themselves, their employers or other agencies.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. All participants and accompanying persons must register on-line.
2. Email is the only entry point for the editing of your information, so make sure your email is correctly typed.
3. The Passport Number is very important for the local host to prepare and issue you the visa application notification, which is considered as an official invitation by a Chinese embassy or consulate office for the purpose of visa application. After registering for the conference, please make sure to either enter in the blank your Passport No. or email or fax it with the correct Name in your passport. The local host will send you by email or Fax an officially stamped visa application notification upon receiving your info. Please take the visa application notification form along with your passport to the Chinese embassy or consular office where you will apply for a Chinese entry visa.
4. Block reservation will be made for all the participants, so you need not contact the hotel by yourself. Just choose one in the form, it will be made by the local organizing committee.
